What is the minimum order for custom cups?
1,000 units, in any of the six formats and with screen printing or IML. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and we will send you a quote within 1 hour.
How long does an order take?
Between 7 and 10 working days from design approval. If your event is sooner, tell us and we will let you know what options we have.
What is the difference between screen printing and IML?
Screen printing applies your design with inks onto the cup, up to 2 inks, 180º or 360º, and is the most affordable option. If you need more colours, photos or gradients, IML fuses a full-colour label into the cup during injection and never wears off in the wash.
Are you manufacturers or distributors?
We are distributors with over 30 years of experience and our own patented mould, unique in Europe. We work with certified partner plants (ISO 9001, IFS HPC).
Is the GlobalCup mould really patented?
Yes: the mould of our 400 ml Festival Cup is a patented design, unique in Europe. For more details about the patent, just message us on WhatsApp.
Are the cups food-safe?
Yes. They comply with EU Regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials in contact with food and are made in ISO 9001 and IFS HPC certified plants.
Do you have cups that look like glass?
Yes: our glass-look range in SAN, Tritan and PP, with the shine and clarity of real glassware but unbreakable and reusable for up to 3,000 washes. Wine glasses, highballs, frosted colours and shot glasses. Ask for the catalogue on WhatsApp.
Can I choose the cup colour?
Yes. All basic colours are available in every format: solid, translucent, fluorescent, white or black. If you need a special colour, ask us.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, we serve all of Europe. Shipping is quoted by destination and itemised in your quote.
Do you design the cup?
Yes. Send us your logo or your idea and we will prepare a mockup of the cup for you to approve before production.
How do I pay? Do quotes include VAT?
Payment is made in advance when the order is confirmed. Quotes itemise VAT (21 %) and shipping by destination.
Do you accept returns?
As the product is personalised, returns are not accepted. That is why nothing is produced until you approve the final mockup.
Is the artificial turf for sale or for hire?
Both, though hire is the most common — always with installation and removal included, shipping quoted by destination and a 1,000 m² minimum order. The price depends on the pile height (20, 30, 40 or 50 mm), the m² and the dates: send us those three details on WhatsApp and we will quote within 1 hour. We ship across Europe.
What does event production include?
Technical production (sound, lighting, stage and infrastructure), security (plan, access control and staff) and staffing (set-up, bars, crew), plus food-court management with food trucks. We adapt to whatever you already have covered and work across Europe.
How does the deposit system work at a beach club or festival?
You charge a small deposit (usually €1–2) with the first drink. Guests get it back when they return the cup, or keep the cup as a souvenir. Less waste, no spend on disposables, and your brand leaves the venue. We help you set it up.
